本研发线由全自然理瓶机、滚筒设备式洗瓶机、无菌低温干燥机、眼麻醉药罐装旋盖机、立柱式贴标签签冷库机组成，可已完成理瓶、水、气的清晰、真空干燥及O3紫外线消毒、罐装、加塞、旋盖、贴标签签等繁琐流程，基本用来眼麻醉药下列关于他小分子量稀硫酸的联线研发，也可电脑单机自由用到。可以符合标准GMP符合要求。This production line consist of  Automatic Bottle Unscrambler,  Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, eyedrop filling machine, Vertical Labeling machine, can complete bottle sorting, water,and gas cleaning, drying and ozone disinfection, filling, plugging, capping, labeling, mainly used in eyedrops and other small doses of solution, also can be used single independently.　 Meet the GMP requirement.

Constant torquecap screwing. No bottle no filling, no plug no capping and automatically stop if cap and plug is under-supply.
